This is a detailed account of my mission to complete 90 Classes in 90 Days. I received a 90 day pass to do Yoga at Sonic Yoga here in NYC and have decided to utilize every day. I am an absolute novice and knew that by sharing my experience I'd have someone to be accountable to other than myself and also gain support from strangers, family and friends. Namaste
